After-sales support is of paramount importance to us and
our customers and we employ experienced personnel in electronics,
computer engineering and instrumentation. We aim to ensure
that our customers have the instruments they need, within
the required timescale and receive our support whenever needed.
The customer service department was set up in 1988 at the
Group's head office in Bedford, the department offers a wide
range of services including annual preventative maintenance
checks, calibration testing, legislation compliance and certification
and instrument overhauls.
This ISO9001 accredited facility is able to provide a full
calibration service on many products from the simplest conformance
tests through to traceable certificates in compliance with
National Standards.
